To accept and appreciate the wrong pronunciation / accent for the Spoken English Learners from the beginning is the right and the most effective method to teach and learn English to speak rapidly and fluently! Because the accent or right pronunciation issue of teaching or training culture in language learning is in fact the prime cause to create shyness, fear and disappointment among the learners and ultimately destroy their desire and dream to learn speak English and it also true for the learners of any other foreign languages are taught through English! Whereas the more languages a person will learn, the more that person could beyond the border without barrier! Again the more languages a person if be learnt; the more knowledge, wisdom, informative, competent and sensible / smart Leader would that person be!  

In recognition of the many innovations that have made research and study abroad more accessible at Northwestern University, we are one of just four institutions to receive the 2023 Senator Paul Simon Award for Comprehensive Internationalization. Given by NAFSA: Association of International Educators, the award recognizes “overall excellence in integrating international education throughout all facets of university and college campuses.” The Northwestern Buffett Institute for Global Affairs led the University’s global strategic planning process, establishing the new Global Council. Serving as Northwestern’s global governance structure, the council is a group of senior leaders from each of Northwestern’s schools. Coordinating efforts across schools has strengthened faculty’s transnational research, yielded new Global Working Groups and made available sources of funding for global research. Incentivized by Northwestern Buffett’s annual Idea Incubation Process, Global Working Groups aim to address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, taking on global issues that range from antibiotic resistance to the disproportionate impacts of environmental challenges. Bluffton University was one of only a handful of Mennonite/Brethren universities when I was working at Eastern Mennonite University. Sounds like there will be one less after this year. "With the unanimous support of our respective Boards of Trustees, The University of Findlay and Bluffton University have entered an agreement to pursue a merger of Bluffton University operations with University of Findlay. Findlay and Bluffton would become one higher education community on two campuses, pending all regulatory approvals,. This decision signals a bold vision for our shared future. University of Findlay and Bluffton University share similar roots as institutions founded in Christian faith and are welcoming to all. Both institutions believe in cultivating communities of respect. Through this merger, University of Findlay and Bluffton University would be positioned to increase educational opportunities that prepare our current and future students to lead and serve in their local communities and beyond. Our students and employees would benefit from access to expanded resources on both campuses located 20 miles apart in Northwest Ohio. This is a transformational moment for both Findlay and Bluffton. We are confident that our strong roots and enduring values will ground us in the face of change. Huston-Tillotson University (HT) recently unveiled its strategic plan for the next decade.  Approved by the HT Board of Trustees, the plan, titled “From First to Foremost: Huston-Tillotson University 2024-2034,” is the culmination of an inclusive process that spanned several months and included the gathering of input from representatives of several key stakeholder groups, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, community and business leaders and local elected officials. “Our 10-year plan establishes a clear, long-term vision for HT,” said Melva K. Wallace, who is completing her second year as the university’s 7th president. “It is the blueprint that we will use during the next ten years to solidify our position not only as a premier historically Black university, but as a top institution of higher education in the state of Texas.
