Thanks Ben. This is a great reminder for investors when navigating through a complex registration statement. For #microcap IPOs, it's important that investors review the dilution terms and historic burn rates. While its great to raise $10 Million, its not beneficial to shareholders if management spends $9 million in proceeds within the first year. Odds are, the next financing will include much less favorable terms and most likely jeopardize the Company's Nasdaq or NYSE listing. #goingpublic #IPO #dilution
