Year end reflection exercise: Scroll through your calendar. Scroll through your camera roll. Make a list of all the amazing things you did. I bet you’ve forgotten half of the memories from your camera roll. I did. We get so caught up in what’s now… What’s next… Give yourself some credit for 2024. Recognize the challenges you overcame.
