Celebrating a win and reflecting on what makes great design 💡🏆 This week, something amazing happened—our design team won the German Design Award with our EVER product range 🎉 It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what we do. Design is so much more than what meets the eye. It’s about solving real problems, creating meaningful experiences, and, yes, making something beautiful. But this win got me thinking: how do we really measure the quality of a design team’s work? For me, it’s a mix of many things: 1. The people we design for First and foremost, it’s about the people. Are we making their lives easier? Are we delighting them? Hearing positive feedback from users or seeing how they connect with our products always feels like the ultimate win. 2. The impact we create Does the design drive real results? A great product can make waves—boosting sales, reducing waste, or even shifting how people perceive a brand. When I see our work make that kind of impact, it feels like we’re doing something that matters. 3. Our unique touch Design is a language, and I’m proud that our team has its own "accent." This award reflects not just skill but a perspective—a way of thinking that makes our products stand out. 4. The journey behind the work Winning awards is amazing, but I also measure success by how we got there. Did we collaborate well? Did we push boundaries? Did we grow as a team? I’m grateful to work with such passionate, creative, and talented people every day. This award is a reflection of all of that—and more. It’s proof of what happens when you combine vision, hard work, and a deep understanding of the people you’re designing for. To my team: Thank you.
