Every day in #procurement, women are asked questions that make them feel less valued and respected. This International Women’s Day, I want to help drive a more inclusive world for #womeninprocurement by highlighting some questions that I have been asked during my career that have left me feeling less than inspired 🙂 FYI - The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2024 is Inspire Inclusion. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. Collectively, let's forge a more inclusive world for women. https://lnkd.in/g3CPZjDk #iwd2024 #inspireinclusion #internationalwomensday2024 Procurious

Wow. Just wow. Those are some truly spectacularly awful questions to have been asked. I’m so sorry they all were! And kudos to you for overcoming so many artificial obstacles to achieve all you have achieved 💪♥️

Some of these questions literally made my jaw drop! Thanks for sharing Tania Seary - always good to remember how far we’ve come but indeed there’s more progress to make.
