Salaries of Agile. I'm the founder and CEO of American Solutions for Business and it started in 1981. We started off as I, we worked for NCR and then and I kept telling my wife Diane that, boy, if I did everything, you know, I work for my customers and I was their employee without being on the payroll. And that was a total solutions guy at that time. I could do really well and I wouldn't have to travel North Dakota and 2/3 Minnesota. And finally in October of 80, she says this thing you talk about all the time, just do it. Don't or don't bring it up again. And so it's a, I always say everybody has their time and moment. And that was my. And so we started in 81 and it started in my basement and then we moved to my attic. So as we as we started, I was obviously a kid and it was in my house. So it was in the basement, in the attic and then the house next door. And then they moved downtown. And we've had a number of buildings since then. So we're always out in the industry looking to see what's available. We're always listening to our sales people. We're always listening to our customers. They'll tell us what they need. That's the one thing that we're very good at is reacting to those needs and building that internally. We evolve like an amoeba where we keep changing and so we're fresh and new and different. So I always tell people that it's if you were here to Glenwood 234 years ago, we should come again because we're different, right? Not a bad different, but a evolving good different American has evolved now is an employee owned company. We don't make seller own anything. We facilitate. And so our goal is to be the grandest facilitator in our industry. And trying to bring people together to create win, win wins. So we add value and we win too. You're trying to figure out what is the fairest thing, what's the right thing? But ultimately, if there's a customer involved, what does the customer want? What's in the best interest of the customer, not each salesperson. And if we take care of our people, our sales people are the same way. We, we have the best sales people in the industry as well. We try and make sure we find the people that have, you know, that care about their customers, that care about their communities and. If they're doing that, then they'll definitely be successful in on the business side. Focus on the people, build that relationship. They get commodity, they get products from anywhere. And so I find it, I go and see a new customer. I said, well, I entered, tell him I am and everything I said, now I know you have a source and I know you have a relationship and haven't been holding your breath waiting for me to show up. But here I am. And what I'd like to do is be second. Let me be the backup or is there anything they can't do? Let me work on that first. Because if I can do the hard stuff, anybody can do vanilla.
