Tanya Faddoul, great insights. To further the LEGO analogy, I look forward to Docusign providing some "instruction manuals" to help guide customers in their journeys building powerful modularized solutions. I see us having a role providing powerful insights on certain builds or workflows that have solved problems for other customers, while at the same time offering customers the freedom and power to write their own instruction manuals.

Very well said, Tanya. As a consumer, I don't want to buy anything that is a one-trick-pony. Investing in something that can be utilized to solve multiple solutions, in various ways, and meet both simple and complex requirements is always the goal. I love that DocuSign is creating a product that does just that.

Love that we are looking at a flexible platform approach while still grounding our product innovation in real needs and customer use cases. It’s not easy to strike that balance!

What was so amazing about this evolution was seeing it tangibly come to life. It went from initial problem statement workshops to category ideation to true creation of a customizable solution with the customers’ needs first, not a feature set. Bravo Tanya Faddoul and team!

Love how IAM is helping organizations rapidly scale up and down based on their shifting needs. Can't wait to see this next evolution of DOCU take hold!

This is very insightful, Tanya, and not just because I had a healthy obsession with LEGOs as a kid :) Well said.
