We've got 16 roles going. 9 of these require nothing but a good work ethic, turning up to the office on time, and a basic understanding that you're not allowed to criticise my music taste when I graciously share it with the office. Be "Default No" on hiring I've always been a "Default No" on hiring. When Abhinav would suggest, "Let's hire," my response was always, "Let the problem become big enough first." Well, the problem did become big enough! Despite ruthless prioritization, our backlog kept growing, and we couldn't run experiments fast enough. So, we decided to hire.
