I must commend Samsung for the exceptional journey I've been on since purchasing your LED TV just over a year ago. The display decided to give up well before its time, despite the generous 36-month warranty you provide. Naturally, I thought I could rely on your world-class customer service team to help resolve this—but wow, was I #mistaken!
After multiple attempts through your call center, social media team, and customer service, the lack of response has been astonishing. The consistent silence has really driven home how much you value your customers—truly #inspiring.
I must say, this entire ordeal is making me wonder if buying a Samsung LED TV was the best mistake of my life. If possible, I’d love to see if someone could maybe, just maybe, look into this issue before the warranty expires. Or is that asking for too much?
Eagerly awaiting your timely response... My TV has not been working for the past 3 weeks due to a dead display. It seems like #Samsung is arranging the parts directly from Korea at this point!
