In a session titled, #AI to Enhance Last Mile Delivery Experience, Shadowfax Co-founder & CTO Vaibhav K., shadow highlighted the challenges of last-mile delivery and the need to create an optimal experience not only for consumers but also for delivery partners. “AI  holds the potential to enhance the delivery experience, not only for customers but also for delivery partners, and could be a game-changing tool to revolutionize the supplier-consumer relationship,” said Vaibhav.
