Do you know what this cell sample is? In biology, the smallest unit that can live on its own and that makes up all living organisms and the tissues of the body. A cell has three main parts: the cell membrane, the nucleus, and the cytoplasm. I got this tested image from Daniel that was taken with FITC and FISH-Orange merged. The specification of these two filter sets: PN30025 FITC:EX:475,EM:530,DM:500;PN30033 FISH-Orange:EX540, EM590,DM562nm; Unfortunately, we don't know what this cell's name is, could someone know this? #microscopy #Fluorescence #Science #Parasitology #Microscopy #ExpansionMicroscopy #FluorescenceFriday
