On International Women’s Day, we would like to take this opportunity to reflect on the achievements and contributions of the women of Taro. Women make up 45% of our global workforce and hold nearly 50% of management level positions within the company. These numbers support Taro's aspiration to be an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and has the opportunity to thrive. When we look at the data at a country level, the trend is similar: ·        In the United States, our workforce is nearly 50% women, and women hold 45% of management level positions. ·        In Israel, while women make up 44% of the workforce, they hold 57% of management level positions. ·        In Canada, 43% of our workforce are women, and they hold 46% of our management level positions. ·        In Japan, 61% of our workforce are women, and they hold 60% of management level positions. Additionally, women are strongly represented across our organization, even in fields that have been traditionally dominated by men. For example, globally women comprise 61% of our R&D/Regulatory/Clinical team, 66% of our Quality team, and 58% of our Supply Chain team. We are proud of the progress Taro has made in promoting gender equality and the advancement of women, and we will continue to work to ensure that Taro is a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and feels that they belong. #IWD2024 #InspireInclusion #TeamTaro

In recognition of American Heart Month, we were proud to partner with the Congenital Heart Defect Coalition to put together Kits of Hope for young children with heart defects who are awaiting treatment in hospitals across the country. Our Taro team members in Hawthorne, NY, assembled 100 kits that will be sent to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, Cohen Children’s Center, Northwell Health, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Boston’s Children’s Hospital and Columbia Medical Center. Thank you to our Taro volunteers for helping make a difference to these patients and their families! #TeamTaro
