It's WHEN/THEN time WHEN you ask open-ended questions THEN you'll get more than a "yes" or "no" response For example, when you are doing a discovery call You're trying to find out as much as possible about your prospect's needs and wants. By asking open-ended questions You're more likely to have a dialogue and uncover more info. Here are some questions to keep the dialogue moving 1. "Tell me more about that?" 2. "How did you get to that conclusion" 3. "Could you share an example or story about that topic?" 4. "Why do you think this is happening?" 5. "Explain that more?" #sales #conversations #networking P.S.
