Do you actively work to improve group dynamics? Just finished a group session at the 1-starred Michelin restaurant ÄNG. The focus was on improving group dynamics by focusing on process losses, synergy effects, reinforcement and chaining. ÄNG is a great group, that’s open minded and takes active steps towards becoming even better! But this is far from the norm in my experience. It's often said, "When you love what you do, work doesn't feel like work." Today, I witnessed a beautiful moment at our rice mill that truly exemplified this sentiment. While our team was unloading 1121 Basmati Rice into the warehouse, one of the workers turned the task into a fun race. Gradually, everyone joined in, creating an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie, despite the physical demands of the work. It was a powerful reminder that finding happiness in our daily tasks can transform even the most routine activities. We should all strive to love what we do, or pursue what we love. #WorkCulture #EmployeeEngagement #Leadership #WorkplaceHappiness #DoWhatYouLove

🌟 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 🌟 🏃♂️ I had the privilege of leading the organization of the "Flanders 4-Days" orienteering event with 400 participants each day. No small feat, so I'm very proud to say that it was a great success - And these are the 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: 💪 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: I prioritized empowering our volunteers by trusting their abilities and giving them ownership of their tasks. This not only made them accountable but also highly motivated. 📣 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: We defined clear roles to avoid confusion and ensure seamless teamwork, while keeping some flexibility for members to support each other as needed. 🦅 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: I focused on being a supportive leader, stepping in where necessary and encouraging others to lead in their areas of expertise. 🎯 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭? An event 🎪 that exceeded my expectations - happy participants, a fantastic atmosphere 🍧🎊 , and an experience that left me deeply fulfilled. A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible.
