Why hire a professional HVAC technician? Looking at this photo gives us three reasons why. 1. Do things right the first time - When you have someone trying to “figure it out”, they invariably will get some things wrong the first time. So, they need to go back and fix things even after they think they are done. 2. Increased job satisfaction - Working outside of your area of expertise can be very frustrating. So, your team remains more satisfied with their jobs if they can stay focused on what they know how to do well. 3. Know the right problem to solve - professional HVAC techs can often ask the right questions to help differentiate between the symptoms and the underlying problem. Narrowing down the sequence of operation failure. Equals less work and expense

As an HVAC technician, I’m here to share a little secret that most contractors don’t talk about: you can clean your condenser coils yourself. Yes, you heard that right! With just a garden hose and a bit of know-how, you can help prevent breakdowns, increase the efficiency of your system, and save a ton of money in the long run. So, let’s dive in and see how it’s done. First things first, why should you even care about cleaning your condenser coils? The condenser coils in your HVAC system release the heat absorbed from your home into the outside air. Over time, dirt, dust, and debris can accumulate on these coils, especially in a desert climate like Southern California’s. When the coils are dirty, your system has to work much harder to cool your home, leading to increased energy bills and a higher risk of breakdowns. Would you like to read more? 🤣 Ever wonder what goes on in the mind of an HVAC technician? 🛠️ Here are some classic cliche moments we can't help but laugh about: Taking forever to fill out reports just to enjoy a few extra minutes of AC in the truck. ❄️😅 Getting distracted by the HVAC units on the building across the street while working on yours. 🏙️👀 Having a radar for the nearest coffee shop on every service call. ☕️🚚 The eternal struggle of finding the perfect balance between too hot and too cold while working indoors. 🔥❄️ Celebrating the smallest victories, like finding the perfect wrench or a fully stocked van. 🛠️🎉 Turning every conversation into a discussion about HVAC systems, much to the confusion of friends and family. 🗣️💬 Secretly judging the state of other HVAC systems you come across in your daily life. 🧐🔍 Using duct tape for just about everything – because, why not? 🤷♂️🔧 Embracing the art of the dramatic exit after successfully fixing a problem, cape optional. 🦸♂️💨 Got any more HVAC technician cliches to add to the list? Whether we're the first call, second, or third... we are here to help. We offer all of our customers a free second opinion. All of the time we get asked why we do this. It costs time, travel, and money to go into a home just to inspect a unit. Why would we do this for someone who is already 'working' with someone else? Because it's our job. Our main priority is taking care of HVAC systems for the good folks of #CarylCountry. We think it's incredibly important to do everything we can to build trust in our communities. We need to show people that we're here with integrity to give them our honest opinion on work to be done whether it's our job or not. You never know who that first opinion is from. It could be from a friend, a brand new technician, or a big company that is trying to push product. We just want to deliver customers the honest truth of what they are working with. Just one way we earn our right to say that we are a company you can afford to trust.
