I've had an extremely frustrating experience with Tata AIG due to inconsistent premium quotes and poor customer service. Initially, I was told that with an 80% discount, my premium would be around ₹7,300, suggesting a total policy value of ₹36,500. However, the latest quote from October 17 inflated the premium to ₹24,450. Applying the same discount should bring it down to around ₹4,890, not what I’m currently being asked to pay. Throughout this process, Tata AIG has provided drastically varied quotes for the same car: - Sept 27: ₹7,570 - Sept 29: ₹6,875 - Oct 17: ₹24,450 - Oct 24: ₹7,300 after 80% discount, plus an inspection fee Local agents quote a different amount altogether, adding to the confusion. The inconsistent pricing and unfulfilled service promises—like the mistaken cancellation of my policy—have led to significant mental stress and frustration. This experience reflects poorly on Tata AIG's transparency and customer care. After nearly a month of delays, I am left with a broken policy and no clear path to resolution. Hello Team Tata AIG, Hope.yoi cares for your brand and the privacy of the customers as well. Since last one month approx, I am getting multiple calls in the name of TATA AiG for insurance renewal. Almost more than 20 times I have informed them to not to call me for the nonsense promotion of services. Why you people do not understand if someone is not interested to your product. I am force to raise complaint to IRDA and TRAI and If required to consumer forum as well for personal details shared and missused against myself. Hope Tata like brand will review this cheap methodology for their product promotions and will stop immediately to avoid any other level of escalation against Tata AIG. I personally recommed not to go with domestic travel insurance. Its of no use, you wont get any claim setteled. Recently i have taken travel insurance from tata aig for short 3 days trip. Wher my hotel booking got bounced. It happened on Nov2 and till now TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited is just beating around the bush asking the same document. So travellers please dont opt travel insurance when you travel domestic its waste of time and waste of money. Claim 4200059102
