INFOSYS FUNNY EMPLOYEE SCAM!! Yes, you heard correctly once an employee of Infosys got a call from someone pretending to be from TRAI, CBI, and even the Mumbai police! The callers spun a web of lies, accusing him of wrongdoing and threatening him with arrest if he didn't do as they said. Feeling scared and confused, the executive followed their instructions. They even showed him a video call to make their threats seem real! Poor guy, he ended up transferring a whopping Rs 3.7 crore to these cyber tricksters. But don't worry, our Mumbai police are no strangers to such sneaky schemes. They've launched a full investigation into the matter to catch these cybercriminals and bring them to justice. Dear HR's & Management,  FRAUD ALERT!!! I feel ashamed to share this thing with you all. One of our employee has left the organization within 3 months of his employment in the most unprofessional manner, in a disrespectful way, without prior intimation and against company policies. This nothing but shows his original poor attitude, nature and his negative personality being a human. I strongly recommend all the Companies and HR's out there, please think once, NO; twice, NO; thrice, NO; but for multiple times before hiring a candidate if you are not sure about the candidate's personal attitude and personality. The issue is not only with the Financial budget for hiring, this cases mostly affect the work culture of the company and I feel that is the most valuable thing every company must have and care for!! 40 year old software engineer in Bangalore got scammed of 1cr. I call it ignorance and stupidity by the techie. Why? 1) The scam method was there in the newspaper multiple times in the past. It was not a new scam technique. 2) People are so engrossed in the corporate rat race to earn money that they ignore reading news and be aware of the types of frauds. 3) In general, when someone asks you to transfer money (specially 1cr), people do it and don't be sceptical about it. If an element is getting displayed intermittently, how will write code such that no exceptions are to be thrown? ->To handle elements that are intermittently displayed and ensure no exceptions are thrown, you can use explicit waits in Selenium.
