This I learnt from long, work as if you are playing a relay race, not a solo sprint. As success at work isn't about one person—it's about the team. The recent GT vs RCB match in cricket really drove this home. In the game, Virat Kohli batted for a long time. But then, Will Jacks scored even more runs. What happened next is what really mattered: Kohli celebrated Jacks' achievement with genuine joy. Kohli could have felt jealous because Jacks outscored him. But instead, he showed respect and love. This teaches us a valuable lesson: in teamwork, everyone's success adds to the team's win. Just like in cricket, in our jobs, it's not about competing against each other.
