World Mental Health Day acts as a reminder on the importance of prioritising mental well-being, removing stigma and creating a safe space for open dialogue on mental health in the workplace. Mental health impacts each of us uniquely, and everyone supports themselves in different ways. For many of us, pets can play an important role in reducing stress, loneliness, and offering emotional support, when we need it most.
