🌍 This Week's Cross-Team Collaboration Yields Inspirational Insights! 🏙️ Our Munich-based real estate development team had the opportunity to exchange experiences with our colleagues in London. A highlight was touring the newly completed 29-story BTR (built-to-rent) residential building in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester, co-developed with Cole Waterhouse. Despite market challenges, this project was delivered on budget and in less than 2 years, exemplifying high quality and efficiency.
