Would you hire someone that has never been hired under the name you are posting the job, but has done every item on the requirement list? As Chefs we not only make sure your Food comes to your table in amazing conditions on taste, looks and smell. We also do budgeting. We are product owners or managers creating new menues every season. We are project managers leading teams on each events. We are recruiters and HR. Yes, most of companies in hospitality industry do not have an HR department, so we are in charge of searching, interviewing and training new staff, some times we even do this for all F&B departments. We have excelente skills of negotiation. We know we are always under budget and even tho we manage to provide the best products quality possible. And much more. Sometimes I just wonder If recruiters has this into consideration when we apply for other possitions.
