🌟 More than just words – Taxfix is launching two initiatives to support Women on International Women’s Day🌟 In a world where women face countless disadvantages and injustices still today – from the gender pay and pension gaps to systemic biases in our tax systems – it's clear that achieving gender equality requires more than just nice words; it demands action. At Taxfix, diversity and gender equality are at the heartbeat of our mission, to fix finance for all. Seeing the significant hurdles and injustices Women are still facing every day we want and need to work towards change. That’s why we kicked off an internal initiative called 🏃♀️ Women’s Power March ✨ , which is dedicated to supporting women at Taxfix better and to creating a more inclusive workplace. This includes a series of impactful company-wide workshops, panels and actions on topics like: dismantling unconscious biases, diversity trainings, how to become an ally and a donation drive for a local Women’s charity in Berlin. And this is just the beginning, please stay tuned for more initiatives – we know this needs to be a long term commitment and we are on a journey here. 💡 Call to action for all Women in Germany In Germany, 37% of women have never filed their taxes on their own, compared to 24 % of men. To help change this we’re launching a broad campaign in Germany on International Women's Day, March 8, 2024: On this day we're offering free tax filing through our tax platform (mobile and web app / file taxes on your own) to all Women!
