We are growing in a way no other scouting or football platform does. The reason is the monetization and value model: Grassroot democratic access to competitive funding and a scalable model. We still have much to learn but the lessons of 2024 will come to fruition in 2025.
Celebrating the end of 2024 with four fantastic milestones. We can’t wait for 2025!

🌟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐎𝐟 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐈𝐆 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 🌟 We recently held our 𝐓𝐈𝐆 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, with that I'm reminded of the incredible value these events bring to our teams and organization. Here are a few thoughts around why this event is a must-attend: 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Building relationships with colleagues across 𝐓𝐈𝐆 deepens our collaboration and strengthens our internal network. The connections made here often lead to innovative ideas and cross-functional projects throughout the year. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Hearing from business leaders and engaging in thought-provoking discussions fuels our passion and commitment. It’s an opportunity to recharge, reset, and refocus on our goals with renewed energy. 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: The conference is also a time to recognize and celebrate both individual and collective successes. It’s a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we work together towards a common purpose. This annual 𝐓𝐈𝐆 tradition is more than just a break from the routine—it's a powerful event that enhances our capabilities, strengthens our team, and sets us up for continued success. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞! 🚀 To find out more about opportunities at 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐨 drop me a DM.

Well, we're officially halfway through January and I haven't written a New Year's post. I realize that no one really cares about my “2024 update,” per se, but 2024 has been such a monumental year that I feel compelled to share a few insights. Over the past few years (2020–23), the churn of a global pandemic, several personal tragedies, and career changes had me feeling like I was barely treading water in life. This past year, however, truly turned things around for me and helped me clarify goals and priorities for the years ahead. If you happen to feel like you’re treading water, keep going and look for opportunities to follow new currents—you might just find fresh inspiration and productivity.🌊 With a heart full of gratitude, I want to highlight a few aspects that made 2024 shine for me: 1.) FAMILY: Chris and I worked hard to build the right support team to help our family overcome some challenges. I’m so grateful for his partnership and support throughout the year. Anyone who knows me well understands that’s not an easy task!🙃 2.) WORK: Work is such an essential part of the human experience, and this year, I was proud and inspired every day to be part of our incredible team at Camp4 Collective. The level of talent, professionalism, collaboration, and sheer grit everyone poured into our work was so motivating. I can’t wait to keep the momentum going in 2025. We’ve got a lot of exciting news and projects to share soon, so stay tuned!✨ 3.) HEALTH: This summer, I ran seven Wasatch Trail Series races and the Moab Trail Half Marathon. While I’ve always been a runner, competition has taken a backseat since becoming a mom. It felt amazing to set a consistent schedule of healthy challenges and fun.💨 I can’t wait to catapult into 2025 with more energy and purpose. I wish you all a wonderful year of hope, creativity, productivity, and joy. 🎉 https://lnkd.in/g-VhCT8H

As we celebrate the 5th birthday 🎂 of EdCo LATAM Consulting, I had a think about five important learnings from the journey so far. 1. Understanding and addressing partner needs is important. Whilst we work with partners in the same industry, each have different aims and objectives so we need to tailor our services and listen carefully to what success looks like for our partners. 2. Building a team is challenging but very rewarding. At EdCo LATAM Consulting we have a great team and it is important to have the right team members working with each of our partners. Carefully matching skills set, experience and styles of working. This is vital and an area we are working hard on. 3. Perseverance and resilience are key skills needed to build a business. This reminds me of a quote from Muhammad Ali which I think of regularly “The fight is won away from witnesses – behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights”. We get rejections / unanswered proposals - we keep going 4. Successful relationships are developed through listening, understanding and taking action on feedback. Face to face meetings are the best way of really understanding partner needs. 5. Innovation and reporting on market trends is becoming increasingly important to our business. In five short years, technological advancement and AI have had a big (mostly positive) impact on our industry. A big thanks to everyone I have had the opportunity to meet and work with over the last 5 years – Here’s to the next five and I feel like we are just getting started 😊
