Vietnamese Construction Supervisor in Japan - Why it is difficult to recruit? ------------------- When recruiting Vietnamese Engineers who want to change career in Japan or who want to come to work in Japan, the most difficult position to recruit to me is Construction Supervisor. And the reason......... 1. They assume that Vietnamese construction engineers in Japan have never been assgined the responsibility as a Construction Manager or Supervisor. All we have been assigned is heavy physical works, together with the workers/trainees/Tokutei Gino staffs. So...They ask more wages despite no skill or experience. 2. Vietnamese do not believe Vietnamese. Vietnamese Recruiter - a comon working position in Japan - They are who make things unreliable. To make it easier to find out candidates, they "make colour" for every position, about salary, about working content...Candidates need to pay money to come to work in Japan and also the companies who need them. What an easy money earning method when collecting money from both. And years since we began the project (Send Vietnamese Engineer to Japan to work), They know it all that the Job description recruiters show them may not true. But they do not know that there are so many free jobs but need more than they have (Japanese, experience, skill,...). Those are the true job descriptions. Your value goes with your ability => you need to know this. Japanese companies who want to hire Vietnamese Construction Engineers for construction manager or supervisor positions, ofcourse they need you to have Japanese skill, experience or at least good education. But candidates who have those always ask for more wages because they believe that not only managing task but also physical works will be included. Is that all what makes this position difficult to find???

Contract Electrical Recruitment in Europe 🌍 My 25,000 hours of recruiting experience = Compliant & fast recruitment results for you ⚡QA/QC, AP/SAP, Commissioning, E&I ⚡Data Centre, Pharma & Gigafactory projects 🏗
Where are all the contract rates and salaries on your adverts? Bit of context.... Doing some research right now for a couple of big jobs in the Nordics we have coming up and as someone who likes to be prepared, after speaking with lots of candidates, wanted to do my own further research. I'd say a solid 90% of all roles advertised across the Nordics have no rates or salaries on 🤷🏻♀️ Most people usually like to know how much they're going to be paid, in my humble opinion In fact, in 95% of conversations I have, the pay is the first or second question asked. If you rely on adverts to get your talent then you're massively missing out not adding a salary or rate. One thing I loved about joining Konstrukt is all our roles when we go to market are advertised with a rate or salary. With that any Electrical⚡ Site Managers, Supervisors, Project Managers, Project Directors, SAP, E&I Leads, Commissioning Engineers/Managers Get in touch and let discuss our new roles coming up.... Especially if you're in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, (or the right to work there) please get in touch to discuss contract roles we have coming up in both Pharma and Mission critical - we always discuss rates/salaries ✌️ #Electrical #Construction #Nordics #DataCenter #Pharma

What is a Quantity Surveyor? What Did I Perform at Vung Ang II and Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plants? 1. Interim Payment Claim: This was the most important part of my job. It involved claiming money from the Owner and arranging payments to subcontractors. This process varies depending on the Owner you are working with. Working with two different Owners, BOT and EVN, provided me with different experiences and enhanced my communication skills. 2. Contract Management: When issues or ambiguities arose, all parties would seek my clarification. I had to explain matters clearly to each party and then work with the Owner and subcontractor to resolve the issues. Managing contracts between parties involved in the construction project is a vital role of a QS. 3. Estimating and Cost Planning: This was a smaller part of my job within the team. I assisted in estimating costs and making cost plans throughout the project. 4. Tendering: I participated in preparing tender documents and analyzing bids from contractors to ensure the best value for money. 5. Valuation: I assessed the value of completed work to ensure accurate payments. 6. Risk Management: I identified potential risks in the project and advised on strategies to mitigate these risks. 7. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: I ensured that the project complied with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. A quantity surveyor (QS) is a professional in the construction industry who specializes in managing and controlling costs within construction projects. They play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining the desired quality and standards.
