New Role: One of our clients located in Washington DC is seeking to hire a Global Director, Human Resources to join their team. The GDHR will have a BA or BS degree & 10+ years HR experience (SHRM Cert helpful NOT required). The right candidate is responsible for planning, initiating, leading, implementing and evaluating human capital initiatives, organizational development, talent and people management, compensation and benefits, and HR programs and policies. The GDHR will support the US payroll team, they will implement benefits and wellness strategy for US employees, and partner with the global HR team to design and implement our strategy of employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and culture and much more.
