Very true. We have the money to get into this business as you have pointed out and we dont need foreigners to run this for us.
The once defunct Metal Refinery Operations (MRO) is already there so why don't the government kirapim em gen instead of reinventing the wheel again.
And the future owners are not named, live off shore and not controlled by PNG laws. No corruption in this.
