How often should MSPs conduct business reviews? Quarterly, biannually, or annually? Business reviews help maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive long-term success. But not all MSPs have the capacity for the time and human resources needed to successfully put together a review. For this reason, the frequency of reviews should be decided on a case-by-case basis, with the client agreeing to the cadence of meetings before you commit your resources. Larger clients or those with more complex IT needs would generally need quarterly business reviews. But for smaller clients with less complex IT service delivery needs, biannual and annual meetings may be sufficient enough for business reviews, even though there may be concerns about a lack of regular touchpoints. In any case, your business review meeting agenda should be insightful and value-packed rather than using the opportunity to upsell That’s how you keep your clients looking forward to discussing and implementing the recommendations you make during review meetings.
