I wanted an alternative to Dropbox and their subscription scheme so Degoo 's 10Tb for life option seemed like a good deal... ...Twelve months later Degoo had DELIBERATELY DELETED ALL MY FILES and SAYS IT CANNOT RETRIEVE THEM. I lost a LOT of data and a lot of time and a lot of clients The video attached suggests that COST is the main factor in moving away from cloud. But it really was #customerexperience #customerservice #customersatisfaction and #customersatisfaction for me. Degoo REFUSES to this day to accept any responsibility for deleting all my files and also does not want to refund for the "lifetime" of misery they caused. There is no "cloud"; it's just #digital #sharecropping So I am back to hard drives and USB sticks by courier #IT #CustomerService #sweden #swedenjobs
