I’m working with a client, a 25 year industry veteran, who would be a perfect fit for any of these roles. What opportunities exist for highly knowledgeable, experienced, industry leaders that don’t have an engineering degree? Do you all have any criteria for screening candidates where industry experience is weighed against a degree? Perhaps I’m the only one, but I’m choosing the highly qualified industry professional and his skills, knowledge and actual experiences over someone who’s only knowledge of the job came from a book and not the bottom of a hole or the top of a storage tank. 🤷🏼♀️
