💯Survey: Retailers turning to #AI amid lost revenue to in-store inefficiencies A new report revealed that many in the #retail industry are turning to #artificialintelligence as they lose revenue to inefficiencies in their stores. While 57% of these companies plan to invest in predictive and generative AI in the next 3-5 years, AI and machine learning actually ranked fifth in importance for overall technology spend.
