The cornerstone of a strong team is shared experiences. Our recent three-day team-building event in Oslo was the perfect opportunity to bring together our team from different countries. We started with a visit to the Holmenkollen ski jump, followed by a hike through the Nordmarka forest. The team faced various challenges together, enjoying the stunning Norwegian landscapes. The hike required true teamwork, especially when navigating the steep slopes – it turns out, real team-building starts where the trail ends! Along the way, we visited the Future Library, a project symbolizing sustainability and long-term vision, perfectly aligning with our company's values. We also explored the city of Oslo, discovering historical areas like Aker Brygge and modern cultural landmarks like the Oslo Opera House and Bjørvika district. This trip was a great opportunity to strengthen collaboration, especially while balancing on the steep hillsides. Whether helping each other climb or sharing funny stories, every moment reflected our commitment to working together to achieve the best results. Our team – from Lithuania to Norway, from Latvia to Denmark – proved that together we can overcome any challenge. This trip was not only about work but also about bonding and building friendships. Plus, we learned an important lesson: curiosity, comfortable shoes, and a good sense of humor are the keys to successful team-building! Working in an international company as Zacco - 360° Intellectual Property, we have the unique opportunity to embrace and celebrate the diverse cultures and traditions that each of us brings to the table. Last week was particularly enriching as Mille Bülow Verndal and I had the pleasure of bringing together colleagues from Denmark, Sweden and India. The aftermath 🙏🏼 Sit and reflect. The lead up to our 3 European summits was intense. They always are. Expectations are high. We value our partners and so customers service is exceptional and keeping our own team going with love, support and appreciation. Reflection is just as important as the event itself. But why? Taking time to embrace new connections and friends. Appreciating being in actual contact with real people as opposed to a ‘screen relationship’. Hugging. 🤗 What you’ve learnt from others and how you can personally help improve lives of those who are in your world.
