AT&T Internet User-Related Microsoft Outage We want to inform you that the recent issue affecting users accessing Microsoft 365 services while on AT&T internet has been resolved. If you experienced difficulties receiving emails, using Teams, or accessing other Microsoft 365 services, the problem was due to an outage affecting a subset of users in North America. Issue Summary: • Issue ID: MO888473 • Affected Services: Microsoft 365 suite (Email, Teams, etc.) • Start Time: September 12, 2024, 7:27 AM CDT • Resolution Time: September 12, 2024, 8:20 AM CDT (user reported) Microsoft identified the root cause and implemented a solution. All services should now be operating as expected.
