Great concept. Presumably valid and reliable. Still an interesting dilemma from an OD- or culture-perspective, as the higher validity of the indirect data sampling might be offset by a not fully transparent data utilization, as in “Do they know in advance how we will process their verbal data?” I see great potential in this approach but you will need a well thought-out comms strategy.
