Mars has finalized a $36 billion deal to acquire Kellanova, the maker of Pringles. In Serbia, Pringles, currently distributed by Orbico Group, makes up around 5% of their total revenue and plays a bigger role in their food division (about 30-40% 📊) - these numbers are based on my best estimation. If Nelt Group, who already handles Mars products, takes over Pringles distribution, there's some uncertainty 🤔. While Pringles might get less attention in Nelt's wider portfolio, their strong distribution could boost the brand's reach 🚀. Additionally, Nelt owns Chips Way , a potato chips brand in a different price range than Pringles.
