We are thrilled to announce Mustard’s expansion into golf. We are also thrilled to share (this week, at the most special tournament of the year), that our investor Justin Rose is our leading ambassador and is helping to craft our coaching in golf. In addition to being a former World #1 ranked player and Olympic Gold Medalist, Justin is a brilliant and impactful instructor and we can’t wait for millions of golfers to learn from him. We’re also honored to be working with Golf Digest #1 Coach in the US, Mark Blackburn, on our instruction. And, of course, cofounder Jason Goldsmith (renowned mental performance and short game coach) has lead our charge in golf. We have additional impactful partners we can’t wait to announce. Golf is an intriguing market for us for a couple reasons. We’ve learned that average golfers are already hair-on-fire looking for a solution like ours - where they can understand their swing and the reasons for the misses they have, and receive an actionable and personal plan to improve. Maybe more importantly, golf is an often expensive sport where many can get left out of opportunities for improvement at a young age. We’re anxious to roll out partnerships with many wonderful and impactful groups working to level the playing field in golf instruction and grow the game. Finally, I have to note that startup business comes with constant ups and downs. This week was surreal, in a wonderful way, seeing the logo and brand we collectively dreamed up emblazoned on Justin Rose’s bag at the Masters. We are very grateful to all of you who are a part of Team Mustard and have supported our mission so far!!
