This is Ariel of Irwindale Speedway property! Currently best 1/2 mile short in SoCal🏁 Iowa Speedway is the only 7/8 mile track in NASCAR! Irwindale is more freeway accessible and much closer to LA. How about NASCAR develop Irwindale to a 7/8 mile oval and just let the housing market take over Fontana since that’s their end goal out there anyway. 🏆 But I’m willing to bet NASCAR won’t do it becuz Irwindale is LA County and the tax is higher than Fontana in San Bernardino County💰 https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/taxes-and-fees/rates.aspx
