I think things things have changed, right? I think we can safely say that we're all probably trying to do more with less is with the current macroeconomic environment, you're tight on resources and in this case one of the resources can be team resources are also time in a lot of ways that is capacity, right? And So what I come back to is a couple things. One is that ruthless prioritization now of your team more broadly and how do you make sure that your team is working on the things that are the most important the product side sometimes is something that would be really. That, you know, it sounds obvious and it's not like really cool to build or 1 user reported this bug and it's like, yeah, that that would be nice to fix. But how do we make sure that we are focusing on the things that are going to impact the most users and make the biggest difference that are tied to the mission that we are here to solve, right? And that like ladder up, I'm very big on ideally each product team having one key success KPI, right? So it's very clear what they're focusing on and that should matter clearly into the company. Success metrics, and I think it's even more important at a time when you're when you're really kind of feeling the crunch to be very clear about where that line is and what's most important. And then I think the next part of that then is the visibility and communication pieces where what I see with product leaders as they get more senior. And I actually, I had a mentor tell me once that product leaders should be spending at least 30% of their time on communication. But the reality is that as a product leader, it is your job to be giving as much of that. Kind of context to your teams and that in setting that strategy and that tone. And you may have to say that in many different places in many different channels. And then the vice versa, right, is when you're, you know, really ruthlessly prioritizing, you have your short list. How do you make sure that your cross functional partners, how do you make sure your leadership team is aware of that? And same thing you probably need to come back to like it's on you to make sure that they've heard it. If they haven't heard it, you haven't communicated it effectively yet. So it's like, what are all of the different places channels you can do that. And just continuing to repeat that over and over and over again so that people are are clear.
