I'm thrilled to finally be able to announce a project I have been working on for most of this year: the strategic partnership between Anderson Air and Columbia Home Services (CHS). 🔧 From starting the business out of his garage with a helper in 2013, Justin Anderson grew Anderson Air into one of the largest residential #HVAC contractors in the #wilmingtonnc area. Our challenge was to find him a partner who not only believed in his business model but also shared a vision for offering employees a higher achievement ceiling and improving the customer experience. The journey involved an extensive marketing, outreach, evaluation, and diligence process. We sifted through 141 potential candidates, qualifying 21 groups, which led to six in-person meetings and two extremely competitive bids. Ultimately, we found the perfect match in Columbia Home Services (CHS), a growing HVAC platform based out of Dallas, Texas led by Paul Adams, Jeremy Swanson, and Brian Hatton. This partnership marks a significant step in Anderson Air’s evolution. CHS brings experienced leadership, improved systems, and exciting new growth opportunities. Justin remains the president of the company, and they have already made a few key hires. Our goal was always to help Justin achieve his goal of providing long-term sustainability for the business and value to the employees, customers, and broader community – and we’ve achieved just that.
