Sales Managers do this A lot. I know of a boss who had a personal car and got a new NSM position where he was given a car and a driver meaning he now has two cars. The Job was going so good and infact some good side kicks were coming in and he felt the need to sell his personal car since it wasn't doing much and that he can't be maintaining two cars. Also he had a financial need to meet so he sold the car and I guess used the money for what he wanted it for. 5 months letter, there were complications with the job and he was sacked and the company's car withdrawn from him. Now he's left with no personal car. Why do we always fall for this trap? #sales #salesmanager #salesrepresentative
