It's interesting what this article says about avoiding using the word "PLM" in your message to senior management! In addition to the lesson that alignment must come from within the organization, I loved the lesson that says PLM is a business necessity, not an IT service. And I was really struck by what the author says about incorporating improvements like those brought by AI and digital twin concepts, which will make traditional ways of coordinated work inefficient and redundant.
