Last week marked the beginning of another exciting journey for our Tech Alpharetta Women's Forum STEAM Mentoring Program! We welcomed our new, 4th cohort of 38 FCS Innovation Academy high school girls and their families, as well as their mentors—38 accomplished female tech executives from companies like Microsoft, AWS, Morgan Stanley, Scientific Games, Siemens and others. For many, this was their first time meeting their mentors, while others reconnected for the new school year. It was incredible to witness these connections form and grow as we work together to inspire more young women to pursue careers in STEAM. 🌱 A huge thank you to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for generously providing dinner for everyone. Your support made the evening even more special. And thanks to our Women’s Forum sponsors, Scientific Games, Morgan Stanley, Veryable, Fiserv, Surgical Information Systems, Verizon, and Siemens for making our program possible! We also want to send a special thanks to Emily Atkinson, Poppy Javid, Hetal Suratwala, SSM, Andrea Pagnotta, Jennifer Harper, Kristen DuPree, Judith Vankirk-Smith, Jennifer Ingram, PHR, Sweta Sneha, PhD, Meghna Khatri, Seema Chopra Kohli, Emily Beeney, Jessica Techo, Bahar Fardanian, Deborah Forssman, Shelley Schlifkin, Lori Chaves, Allyson Eman, Jenni Palocsik, Jenna Fooshee, Jemini Sharma, MBA, MS, PMP, Nicole Sohoni, Mal Wells, Danielle Hodges, Tracy White, Laura O'Tuel, Candace C., Pam Whitlock, Lisa West and many more! Here’s to a year of mentorship, growth, and empowerment! 💡 #STEAMmentoring #WomenInTech #Mentorship #FutureLeaders

I think at times we as mentors learn just as much if not more from our mentees. What a wonderful program! Kudos to Tech Alpharetta Women's Forum and IA. Thankful to be a part of it.
