This 2024 kick-off has left me speechless, humbled, and beyond excited for what’s next in my work with GPTs for sales 🤯🤯🤯 Day 1 featured an amazing and dynamic kick-off from John Barrows and I was honored by multiple shoutouts in his keynote for the specific work I’ve put forward as valuable, issuing a call to action for ALL sellers in #2024trends to embrace AI as a partner or risk getting left behind. Receiving such validation from a trusted name in sales like John has been incredible. Thank you – let’s keep it cooking! 🧑🍳🤖 On Day 2, I delivered a workshop for Sales Bot (my most advanced GPT for Sellers at Freshworks), showcasing the successes and filed wins with it in and what to expect in 2024. I was ready to make a surprise announcement about our investments to advance it further, but the bigger suprise was our founder and CEO of Freshworks Girish Mathrubootham surprising me on stage with some BIG news about how he sees taking Sales Bot even further 👀🤯 I can’t even begin to express my appreciation and the trust shown by this. Thank you, G, Freshworks is going to disrupt the entire world with this on the way past $1B 📈 🤝 By the end, even Day 3 blew me away again with recognition on the main stage from our SVP of strategy, Shafiq Amarsi highlighting the Sales Bot's accomplishments and sharing his vision for what's possible in 2024 with AI tools and enablement. It’s going to be huge. 🧠 🙌 Thanks to SO MANY for the support, kind words, positive feedback, and enthusiasm in the crowd, hallways, as well as the level of engagement from global field leaders eager to learn more and benefit from my once novel idea. It was amazing. 🙏 While it feels great to take these steps forward, I can't express enough gratitude to many early users bc I owe it to many for believing early, adopting, piloting, and envisioning the future with me. #SaaSeries2: Freshworks Q2 FY24 Results. Here are the key highlights: - Total customers in Q2 FY24 grew by 4% to 68.8K YOY. - Customers with ARR >USD 5K grew by 14% YOY, accounting for 90% of the ARR. - Customers with ARR > USD 50K grew by 30% YOY, making up 50% of the ARR. In terms of key metrics: - Revenue saw a 20% growth to 174 Mn in Q2 FY24, with the US market contributing 45%. The growth was also driven by acquisition of Device42 signaling the saturation in US market for key offerings. - Net Dollar Retention stands at 106%. - #ACV is at #USD10K, while the gross margin remains high at 85%. - #FCF USD 32.8 Mn in Q2 FY 24 Few observations: 1) The #Enterprise segment is the fastest-growing, maintaining its trend QoQ. 2) The #SMB segment, constituting ~10%, is critical for expansion despite being the least growing segment.
