This will include publishing a change/release calendar, providing visibility to stakeholders, notifying stakeholders of Go/No-Go decisions, communicating to interested parties before, during and after a change/release.Drive to optimize data that is collected relative to changes and deployments. Use the data to identify issues, risks & opportunities. Create actions based on the data.Contribute to improving change, release & deployment related metrics and reports.
