Since October 2023, I've assumed the new Sines Petrochemical Complex Direction for the #ALBA Project Comissionning and Startup, which will occur on the 4Q2025. This friday I took the opportunity to take a different way to set and share 2024 objetives, priorities and metrics to my team. All together and without cascading, myself and my ALBA plant managers, plant engineers, process engineers, shift leaders and control room operators took advantage of one the most powerful #Lean tools, the X-Matrix of Hoshin Kanri (方針管理) method. We could discuss, analyse and set the goals, strategies, strategic projects and initiatives as its owners. This method assures that every level within Repsol organization understands, follows and work for common goals, as #OneTeam, each one with its own responsibility, ownership and leadership level. Finished the session with a finger-food lunch, which also served as team building and reinforcing. 2024 and 2025 for this team will be full of challenges and hard work!
