Here are some key takeaways from their session: ▪ #People are at the heart of entrepreneurial #success. Companies that achieve rapid and robust results are primarily those that know how to select top professionals, impacting product #development, #market fit, and #execution. Quality #recruitment requires specific #skills and #experience, especially since each hiring mistake can cost between €30,000 and €60,000 in direct and indirect costs—a waste no #VC would appreciate. People are truly central. 👥 ▪ #Business growth relies on a core group of people with the right mix of #experience and #talent. Talent is more "#scalable" over time, but without experience, it never reaches optimal levels. During the scoring process, analysts assigned points based on the criteria below. Applications with higher points will become part of the shortlist. 1. Leadership skills. 2. Personal challenges overcome. 3. Scalability (predetermined by the technology). 4. Potential size market. 5. Ability to generate profit. 6.
