What a great turnout we had at Analyst Day 2024 in Boston! Our theme this year was ‘Delivering hybrid cloud for an innovation-driven, AI-powered future.’  We chose this theme because, firstly, it reflects our focus on hybrid cloud, which is core to our strategy – and capabilities.  We are one of the very few services and solutions providers who have deep expertise in both private and public cloud, which enables us to offer customers an unbiased and opinionated view on how best to achieve their desired business outcomes. Secondly, it highlights the importance of innovation for our customers - the digital future is innovation-driven. Rackspace Technology continues to be an innovative company that helps our customers unleash their own innovation. Thirdly, AI is a massive accelerator and enabler of digital transformation. AI-related workloads will become more critical to businesses going forward. These workloads will operate in a hybrid environment- private, public, or at the edge. Being a workload-centric company that has been built on innovation and is forward-leaning, Rackspace Technology is extremely well-positioned to help organizations on their hybrid AI journey. We had a packed day sharing our strategy, execution of that strategy, and the progress we have made in the last 12 months, detailing our product and solutions roadmaps, and exchanging insights with the analysts.  Thanks to all who attended – your feedback is greatly valued and a key input as we look ahead – never sitting still.
