Time for the last in our deep-dive on Perlast® Super-Six, and things are hotting up with Perlast® G75B and our latest innovation, Perlast® G77X. These two grades have been developed to perform exceptionally in high temperature environments, without compromising on the virtually universal chemical resistance associated with FFKM material grades. Perlast® G77X delivers class-leading high temperature up to 350°C, while demonstrating better compression set performance over extended periods than competitor grades. This makes Perlast® G77X well suited to chemical processing and mechanical seal applications, and is also approved for aerospace use. In the most extreme temperatures, Perlast® G75B and Perlast® G77X can stand the heat. The engine is tested on new principles: thrust 2340 H, when the jet stream outflows, the drift is visible (which is a plasma characteristic). Some advantages identified during the testing of five prototype engines based on new operating principles ⚡ : 1. Removing the limit of 500 seconds when a jet engine is running, it is theoretically possible to achieve very high indicators similar or higher than those of aircraft engines. ✅ 2.Uniform and stable engine thrust operation from zero to maximum values in safe mode. ✅ 3.The supersonic part of the Laval nozzle is missing or is significantly reduced. ✅ 4. Significantly lower energy costs for supplying the fuel mixture to the combustion chamber compared to the existing scheme. ✅ 5. Abnormally high thrust coefficient at ground level with the possibility of its further growth. ✅ 6.
