The firms that see long-term success are those that play 3-dimensional chess and operate well across all three boards. 1. The first board is investing well, which is table stakes. 2. The second board is firm building. How do you manage yourself, build culture, and make decisions? 3. The third is the strategic board. Can you successfully place yourself in front of big waves?
