It’s another magic moment for #TeamTechnipFMC – the installation of the first Subsea 2.0® equipment in the waters of Guyana. A tubing head for Uaru development was locked into position using one of our Schilling UHD-II ROVs. The first Subsea 2.0® tree for the project will be installed in the coming months. Subsea 2.0® is our configure-to-order subsea production system platform. Removing #Drydock Requirement for #FSRU   The combined implications of geopolitical challenges, the #EnergyTransition and the drive for minimising environmental impact have led to a rapid increase in the number of FSRUs servicing national energy requirements globally.   Moored alongside a wharf close to an onshore LNG plant and/or a gas-fired power station, or near shore with pipeline connectivity, they are so positioned to fulfil their operational task.   Coming off station and in to drydock for mandated survey, maintenance, repair or upgrade will mean that operational task will not be fulfilled, with significant financial implications; this course of action was how FPSOs had to start.   Technology encouraged by the HITS JIP has transformed the #FPSO industry's views on diving and in the process become safer and more productive; EM&I Group has developed techniques for survey and now repair which remove requirement for drydock, allowing #diverless survey, #remote tank #inspection, and complex underwater repair without the need for drydock, minimising human intervention and enabling continuing fulfilment of those operational tasks.   ODIN diverless underwater services, NoMan EXTRA remote inspection techniques and other innovative techniques will enable FSRUs to remain on station, fulfilling energy requirements. Kongsberg Maritime has secured a substantial contract to provide an integrated package of electrical, control, safety and propulsion systems for the Golar Mk2 Floating Liquified Natural Gas (FLNG) project. Valued at more than $25 million USD, this contract will see Kongsberg Maritime technology form a key part of the new onboard systems for a major rebuild project in which Golar LNG’s LNG tanker Fuji LNG, will be lengthened by nearly 100 metres and converted to a FLNG vessel. The work is being carried out at the Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd. shipyard in Yantai, China, and Black & Veatch will supply the topside LNG process plant. Kongsberg Maritime's equipment package for the Golar Mk2 FLNG features two UUC305 azimuth thrusters, electrical systems, and an integrated control and safety system (ICSS). Notably, the thrusters will be equipped with a Heading Control system, leveraging Kongsberg’s expertise in Dynamic Positioning (DP) without requiring full DP capabilities for the FLNG. #fuji #FLNG #golarLNG #lng #kongsberg

OneSubsea has been awarded a subsea boosting contract by Petrobras for the famous Búzios field, offshore Brazil. This award highlights our shared commitment to innovation and sustainability in subsea field developments. 🚀 What’s in the works? We’re delivering two Onesubsea raw seawater injection (RWI) systems to support Petrobras’ FPSOs P-74 and P-75. Hard work pays off

A West African upstream operator needed to plan and execute a deepwater well test in 30 days, despite equipment and scheduling challenges.   Halliburton delivered a complete subsea DST package, including DynaLink® Wireless Acoustic Telemetry system and DynaTrac® Real-time Wireless Depth Correlation System, TCP and Surface Well Test package, including our EDB burner, mobilizing over 500 tons of equipment across 4 countries. The DynaTrac® system helped overcome logistical issues, providing real-time depth without wireline, ensuring the well test was completed on time.   Highlights: Zero HSE or SQ incidents 2 months reduction in mobilization time Successful SIT with customer before offshore execution Elimination of wireline correlation run with deployment of DynaTrac® System saved 18 hours of rig time, resulting in $750,000 savings Well testing objectives achieved   Collaboration, technological expertise, and adaptive strategies were crucial in achieving the operator’s well test objectives.
