Day 17 of the 🇺🇸 USA trip. 2987 miles, 9 machines 6 customers, and 8kg less 🤣 We survived the icy cold and the historic snowstorm well.🤙 The last 2 days we were in the heart of the USA. During my last visit, the customer asked if there was a different solution for the heat shield on the rotation shaft than the original one. This wasn't a problem for Korosec-Consulting as we have already equipped several Rotamate EVOs with this system. Now the customer will no longer have any problems or downtime with his new system in the future. It was nice to be able to offer the customer an optimal solution. Korosec-Consulting would like to thank you for your trust and see you next time. Anyone who thinks that we are at the end of our journey is wrong. Where is Korosec-Consulting next? Stay tuned 😉 www.korosecconsulting.de #korosecconsulting #lasermachine #laserservice #diemaking #dieboarding #laserengrave #steelcutting #plexiglass #customerservice #maintenance #work #future #thankyou #consulting #like #customersatisfaction #service #laser #customers #training #innovation #lovemyjob #technology #success #customersatisfaction

Removing broken mounting bolts out of a spin bike's handlebars. I got both out and managed to find a couple of replacement bolts in my stash. Why wait on a new part and have equipment out of order when you can repair it! Ever ponder why our vehicles feel like primitive torture devices? I mean, hand/foot controls! It's like we're engaging in some ancient dance taught by overly-cautious driving instructors. Let's face it, multitasking behind the wheel is like juggling flaming swords—potential calamity in motion. ✅ Foot pedals: A confusing legacy of industrial revolution-era machinery. Who thought adding another layer of complexity would be fun? ✅ Hand controls: Ideal if you enjoy turning your steering wheel into a control center for a spaceship. Houston, we have an ergonomic disaster. It's almost poetic—one foot exerts pressure while the other rests, hands grip for dear life. Reminds me of trying to navigate corporate bureaucracy: complex, often frustrating, and oddly fulfilling once you master it. Cars are our chariots of modern freedom but why must they come with the caveat of awkward ballet training? Isn't it time we innovate past these remnants of automotive Stone Age? Man and machine, struggling for harmony, bound by archaic norms. Are we not yet ready to evolve? #AutomotiveEvolution #DrivingInnovation #HandControls #FootControls #TechRevolution https://lnkd.in/emdgfXDV

"Mastering the Art of Auto Denting: My Journey and Learnings" In my years of experience, I've taken on various auto denting projects that have been both challenging and rewarding, contributing significantly to my professional growth. Each project, from minor touch-ups to major repairs, has been a unique learning opportunity. Recently, I successfully restored a vehicle's bodywork that had undergone significant damage. Through the use of advanced techniques and precise tools, I was able to restore it to its original condition. This project not only tested my skills but also encouraged me to think innovatively and step beyond conventional boundaries. A crucial lesson I've imbibed in this field is the significance of attention to detail. Each scratch and dent narrates a story, emphasizing the importance of ensuring that every vehicle leaving our workshop looks as pristine as new. I am keen on connecting with fellow professionals and enthusiasts in the auto industry. Whether it's exchanging tips, exploring fresh techniques, or delving into new opportunities, let's collaborate, learn, and evolve together! #AutoDenting #CarRepair #ProfessionalJourney #Networking #AutoRestoration #VehicleRepair #Bodywork #AutomotiveIndustry #PaintlessDentRepair #CarCare #Craftsmanship #AutoBody #DentRepair #AutoExperts #ProfessionalSkills #AutomotiveCommunity #InnovationInAuto #AutoDetailing #SkillDevelopment #CarEnthusiast #AutoTechnician #HandsOnWork #WorkExperience #LearningAndGrowth

I have a driving licence, I can drive off-road, right? Well, yes and no. It depends if it's for work or pleasure. If it's for pleasure, you can do what you like, but if it's for work, an employer has an obligation under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) that their employees are suitably competent for the tasks that the employer is asking of them. And a standard driving test does not cover off-road driving. A very good way of ensuring competence is completing specialist training and a number of the Teleport Team recently completed Lantra 4x4 training. This site in Cumbria gave them an opportunity to put that training into practice, allowing them to tailor the vehicle's speed to the conditions, maintaining momentum and control. There's an old saying for off-roading "as slow as possible, as fast as necessary" and this video demonstrates that really well. Very slowly down the loose slopes and over the boulders which could easily knock the differential casing, but much faster going up the loose and slippery slopes. If you watch the video with the sound on, you'll hear the difference in engine speed varies from tick-over to very high revs. Why not change up a gear rather than rev so high? Because changing gears leads to a drop in momentum, potentially leading to the vehicle stopping. And a failed hill climb is not a nice position to be in when the traction is so limited. So whilst it might sound like the engine is revving too quickly, the driver has actually done an excellent job of choosing the correct gear to maintain a low speed for control down the slopes and over the boulders, yet give enough speed to get through the culvert and up the slippery slopes. The yellow waffle boards have been laid to provide additional traction in places, but more to identify boulders and provide a ramp to overcome them. So whilst the Defender is an excellent off-road machine, it's the training that allowed this job to happen. Are your teams PUWER trained to complete off-road driving? And if you're using suppliers to do it, are their drivers suitably competent? #PUWER #offroading #teamteleport #doitright #rightfirsttime #windermere #safety #lastmetre #landrover #Defender #LANTRA

🌱 Embracing the Future of Lawn Care: My Experience in Denmark 🤖 Thrilled to share my journey working with cutting-edge lawn care technology during my recent internship in Denmark! 🇩🇰 As part of my role, I had the unique opportunity to engage with robotic lawnmowers, revolutionizing the way we approach lawn maintenance. From charging and disassembling to cleaning and reassembly, my days were filled with hands-on experiences with these innovative robots. It's fascinating how technology is seamlessly integrated into something as traditional as tending to a lawn, making it not only efficient but also environmentally friendly. One of the most rewarding aspects was preparing these robots for sale, ensuring they were in top-notch condition to serve their new owners. Witnessing the impact of these advancements firsthand reaffirmed my belief in the power of technology to enhance our everyday lives. A huge shoutout to the incredible team at Robotdoktor.dk, who provided me with invaluable mentorship and guidance throughout this journey. Your passion for innovation is truly inspiring! Excited to continue exploring the intersection of technology and sustainability as I progress in my career. Let's keep pushing the boundaries and embracing the future together! 💪🌱 #Innovation #Robotics #Sustainability #DenmarkExperience

Why Electric Power Tools Over Air-Powered Tools? #TechnicianTalk For starters, say goodbye to the air hose gymnastics! No more tripping hazards - just smooth, cordless sailing convenience. And let's talk about another problem - air hoses are habitual tricksters. They unexpectedly spring leaks in the middle of repairs. I accidentally dropped a hammer on perfectly that ripped the hose open and whipped it in the air like a pissed-off snake, then slapped me in the face. Plus, what customer wants their vehicle to look like a scratchpad? Electric tools give a professional touch that doesn't leave a trail of battle scars from the air hose rubbing against painted surfaces. I have seen service departments spend thousands of dollars repairing air hose damage. The most important benefits of electric tools - More Torque and More Power - it's like upgrading your technician skills to superhero status. Unleash the electric revolution! ⚡ #NADAshow #NADA #fixedops #autorepair #fixedoperations #servicemanager #mechaniclife #technicians #automotiveindustry #serviceadvisor #mechanic #fixedops #automotivetechnician #dieselmechanic #dieselengine #dieseltrucks #customerservice Snap-on Tools Snap-on Detect Auto Harbor Freight Tools

The UK's Leading High Performance Driving Authority and Consultant | Keynote Speaker | Driving Talks and Presentations | Columnist for evo magazine, AutoExpress and Daily Telegraph.
This subject came up at one of my recent talks, about changing down through the gears on approach to a hazard. Years ago, we used to do this as that's how we were taught. But not any more. The more recent methodology is to use 'one brake and one gear' when negotiating hazards. Here's me explaining how this works. Then moving onto a subject that so many get wrong - "emerging safely from junctions" because drivers often "look .. but don't see." Here I explain the safest method; checking to the right first, followed by checking left, then right, then left again. Just before you emerge, one final check to the right as that where the greatest danger comes from. Once you've joined the new road, check mirrors for instant rearward awareness (what's happening behind you). Always look *right* last before leaving the junction!! Get the basics right, and evaluate your own performance! www.drivingmasterclass.com #drivingperformance #drivingmasterclass #safedriving #instagram #safetyperformance #expertcoaching #evaluate #peakperformance

As powersport enthusiasts, it's crucial to follow proper motorcycle riding etiquette and ethics to ensure harmony with fellow riders and the community. Always respect traffic rules and local regulations, and never engage in reckless riding behavior. Show courtesy to other road users, using hand signals to communicate your intentions clearly. When riding in a group, maintain a safe distance and ride in a staggered formation for better visibility. Be mindful of noise levels and avoid disturbing residential areas. Embrace a leave-no-trace mindset during off-road adventures, preserving natural landscapes for future generations. By embodying good riding etiquette and ethics, you contribute to a positive image of powersport enthusiasts and foster a sense of camaraderie among riders.
